Planik is a full-service town planning agency based in Sydney. After nearly 30 years of NSW town planning experience, including working with councils throughout Sydney, our town planners have excellent relationships with councils across the city.
We understand the frameworks councils are working within. Combining that knowledge with thorough preparation, great relationships and negotiating skills, we achieve high yields and timely approvals for our clients at competitive prices.
Planik is led by Nicole “Nik” Lennon. Starting in state government departments, service agencies and local government, then moving into private practice, Nik has worked on all sides of town planning and in all sizes of organisations. She furthered her experience in larger projects by working with a company listed in multi-disciplinary teams, requiring exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism.
Nik’s clients know that her true strength as a town planner is her understanding that town planning is a means to achieving business goals. In her professional and personal life (soccer, touch football, cycling), Nik likes to play for the winning team. She’s happy giving advice in areas where boundaries are not clear cut and pushing to get her clients the business results they need.
