Subdivision for six townhouses

Development applications often come down to negotiation. “Planik was great at suggesting ‘ask for this but you’ll probably get this’,” said Paul Kehoe, who wanted to subdivide land for townhouses. “Nik managed my expectations and guided everyone, including the architects, through every aspect of the project.”

The project involved an easement, which required us to facilitate an agreement between Council and Energy Australia.
